Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa will be a condo
hotel located on a 38 acre site in a prime position in the
Lake Buena Vista area of Orlando, just minutes from Walt Disney
World, Universal Studios, Sea World and the other attractions
of the area. Adjacent to the resort are the Lake Buena Vista
Factory Stores with many well-known brand-name shops. There
are a total of nine shopping malls nearby and, within just
12 minutes drive, there are 37 golf courses!
When complete, the resort will consist of 15 buildings housing
a total of 1,850 fully-furnished 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condo

Construction has already begun on the first two eight story

receive at least 50% of the rental income.
